Returns Policy

Return due to Defect or Warranty Claim

To arrange a Return due to a defect or warranty claim, please send an email to support@onesonic.com explaining the issue with the device. ONESONIC will send you a free returns label via email. Upon receipt of the returned device, ONESONIC will process your return and liaise with you to determine if a refund or a replacement is your preference. Please include the following in your email to arrange a return:

  • Purchase Reference Code
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue

 

Other Returns

For wearable audio devices, ONESONIC can only accept returns if there is a defect or warranty issue with the device, unless the packaging has not been opened. If the product packaging is unopened and the customer wishes to return the item for other reasons, this can be done within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. In this instance, the Customer must arrange for the device to be delivered to ONESONIC at the address shown below in an undamaged and “as new” state.
